Nestled in the Monte Vista Historical District, French Place Apartments provides a wonderful living experience that is second to none. Although you may think that living near downtown San Antonio might be a pain, the location is only a few blocks from all major cross town freeways. It has convenient access to shops and unique independently owned business. The relatively new management and service staff are very energetic, friendly, and helpful, tending to your needs as though they were their own (Unlike other apartments where they tell you it will be a week to restore your running water). Parking spaces are large enough to accommodate large size vehicles, and reserve parking is available at a reasonable rate. Although area crime is low, security at French place is high with interior/exterior gates and an onsite law enforcement officer is available 24-7. The apartments are generous in size and have double French patio doors. Many of the residents have been here 15 years or more and swear by its friendly service, and tranquil atmosphere. I would recommend anyone make French Place their home.
