I JUST MOVES IN AND LET ME SAY " I HATE IT". OMG U CAN SO HEAR EVERYTHING THAT UR NEIGHBORES ARE DOIN. AS FOR ME I HEAR MY TOP ONES STOPPING ALL THE TIME, BEHIND ME PARTING, NEXT TO ME LATE NIGHT SEX. EWWWW I CANT WAIT FOR MY LEAST TO BE DONE I AM SO SICK OG THIS PLAE. OH AND PARKING DAM U CANT PARK ANY WHERE AND THE EMPTY SPOT WISH R A LOT OF THEM U HAVE TO PAY I THINK LIKE 15 EACH SPOT. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO SOMETIMES PARK OUT SIDE THE GATES LATE AT NIGHT AND WALK ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK, WHERE I LIVE. I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE CALLING FOR SOMEONE TO COME KILL A RAT OR SOMETHING. THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO WAIT 4 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD GET SOMEONE OUT HERE. I PAY MY FULL RENT AND HATE HAVING TO IF I COULD GET OUT OF LY LEASE I WOULD. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYBODY EXCIPET THE SECTION 8 PEOPLE THAT HAVE THIS APARTMENT LIKE HELL.

I was one of the first residents to move into this apartment complex, and stayed almost 2 years. Did not have too many maintenance problems since they were brand new. The apartments started to go down after I was subjected to several racial incidents that were quickly resolved once I threatened to report them to the housing authority (of which, I'm sure the apartment complex gets funding), and is a federal offense, management was a joke, the manager at the time had not graduated from high school and had to have a relative help to complete forms and such, and upon leaving, I did not get my refund since the original manager stole all the deposits, at lease that was what I was informed by the current management at the time(suffice to say, NO, I did NOT get my refund, but a whole lot of excuses). The complex was not getting as safe as I felt it was so I moved!!! I'm glad I did. I did enjoy the minimal carpeting, gas stoves(becareful of leakage, from not being properly installed), but the behavior of the management and residents would have anyone sane to move with a quickness!!!
