Luxury Living! Yeah Right! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   I've lived here almost since the property opened and I can honestly say these people have no clue what they are doing. There is no where near enough parking for half of the residents, mice are invading all of the buildings that surround the new complex being built and all they offer is glue traps which temporarily solves the problem until new ones come in. When carports are damaged it takes months for them to be fixed. It took them 6 months to install stairs by buildings with hills accessing apartments and they still haven't completed them. There's no rails, and huge gaps in between them and I have seen so many people fall and management always says that corporate will do this to fix that and nothing ever gets done. There's supposed to be activities for kids and assistance with rent and utilities, and it has been a year at least since anyone has done any type of programs. Everyone points the fingers at previous managers but in my opinion those were the ones who took care of the property, kept it clean, cared for the safety of us residents, and involved our children in activities to keep them from gettting into trouble. They take away all the outdoor activities from the kids and expect them to just sit outside and play on a playground filled with grafitti and older kids smoking pot and only meant for smaller kids. This is supposed to be a family oriented community and since new manager and supervisors I am ready to move out of this place. Just because this community has a biblical name and supposed religious owners doesn't mean that your experience will be heavenly because it is far from it.
