From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   Where to begin. Management-excellent-Richard Serna. Mostly sec 8 tenants. Maintenance-fair. This complex would not be running smoothly if it weren't for managements concern. SAPD frequently does rounds. There are several non- working parents whom don't care about noise level and proper discarding of trash.
