horrible management and mainitence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   i lived at Grove Park for almost 6 months. During that time I heard gunshots, fighting and general chaos. We lived through a fire that was started by the maint, who is not certified to be a lead maint. man. The attitude of the managemnet and lesaing staff leave little to be desired. They curse in front of you and the manager, Mari always looks high on some form of drug. One of the leasing girls, Jessica is always riding around in the maint. guys truck, they never seem to be working. They seem to cozy to be just co-workers. The pools and clothes care center, GROSS.........I won't swim here or wash my clothes. Water Tower Realty Management does not care about their residents and the hell they have to go through with the attitude of the office and maint. staff.
