Live everywhere you have your ups and downs. Many upgrades and improvements have been made just to have them distroyed. The gate fiasco below is correct now they have fixed it but now the gates cannot stay fixed for more that a few days, and the other night residents could not get in at all because the card sensor had been ripped off.
You pay for your location but price also you pay for your neighbors. Maintenance usually forgets to do repairs so you have to ask at least 3 times. Things usually stay fixed when they finally get around to it. Parking depends on where you live, we had to park several buildings away many many times, w/groceries and baby, due to lack of parking.
Management sometimes seem to pick and choose when they are cool or not. Even now, I guess it depents on what mood they are in. The noise level is mostly quite, except for the booming cars and gun shots every 2 years. The Laundry facilities on the other hand are horrible. We resorted to doing laundry off site because of the machines not working. I am glad we are finally moving.

I used to leave there back in 2000. they had alarms in each room. I guess they took those off. there was a house that got raided when I was there. I really never had any problems.
