This is the worst run apartment I have ever lived in. They don't get water bills out to the residents on time, they don't respond to complaints in a timely manner, and their accounting procedures are suspect. I moved into the apartment, paid my pet deposit, and right before I moved out, they claimed I owed more money, which was not true. I filed a complaint with the regional manager, and we discovered that the pet deposit had been booked in their system incorrectly. I moved out, and it's been three months and I still have not received my pet deposit, or a letter advising that I would not receive the deposit. It's a fairly nice location, but I would go elsewhere, where they don't charge an extra $7.00 a month for trash pickup (not included in the rent), and where the residents receive separate water bills from the water company, or where it is included in the monthly rent.
