The office & maintenance staff were never good at following through with anything.

During the flood last summer, water was quickly flooding into one of the bedrooms. When I noticed the problem I called the apartment complex immediately. To my suprise they told me that I would have to wait until Monday for something to get done b/c it wasn?t considered an emergency to them(it was Friday & I had furniture getting ruined). I called them 4 times the following week b/c the apt. was beginning to smell. They promised to come and enzyme clean the carpet, but they never came. Another problem the apartments have are tiny caterpillars getting inside the apartment. I put in a request for something to be done, and they said they would come and spray to keep them from coming in. The insects never went away. I truly believed I had given up on this place, but I thought I would give them another chance before my lease was up. I called in for them to take a look at my dishwasher b/c it had stopped working. They came later that day & left a note saying my dishwasher would be replaced in 3-5 days. The 12th day came around & they left me another note saying they needed a copy of my key to the apt. HELLO' How did they get in the first time' They lost my key! They never came back to replace the dishwasher after I provided them a key & I moved out 2 weeks later.

Safety was also a big issue. I had ghetto neighbors above me that had different people staying over almost every week. Pounding on doors and heated arguments was the usual for them. Cops were coming around quite frequently b/c of the complaits about them. My neighbor next to me said that he saw a guy jump from the 2nd floor window trying to flee from the cops. Makes you wonder what bad things he had done. Also, my car and my friends car were broken into the same night. Luckily only are cds were stolen.

I have lived at quite a few different aparments and have never been this poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I feel the same way. This apartment complex does nothing to make your stay feel welcome.
