I moved into these apartments because they were offering a cheaper rent rate for the amount of square footage than other apartments in this area. I got what I paid for!

This place is horrible. The Maintenance never fixes anything and you have to report problems multiple times. I had a few things that I had to pay to fix myself because Maintenance wouldn't come into my apartment because I had a small dog inside (locked in the bedroom on days the Mnt. guy was supposed to be working in the apartment). I complained but it never did any good.

The carpet was stained when I moved in. The dishwasher never worked right and I couldn't get Maintenance to fix it. The floor in the kitchen was all ripped up. The fridge froze things in the back on the back of the shelves and warmed stuff towards the front of the shelves - I couldn't keep food fresh for the entire year I lived here. Pest were always a problem. Ceiling Fan was hanging by its cord and they never fixed it. The entry ways were covered with bird crap and they never cleaned it (even though I asked them numerous times). I could go on and on...

The office staff is unaccessible and rude for the most part. Very rarely were they helpful on any level.

The grounds were always dirty and people used the parking lot as a dumping ground. Trash, old furniture, etc. would sit outside for months before it would be hauled off. It was disgusting.

The area is not secure and a lot of crime happened around me - though never to me (thank God).

I hated this place. When I moved out they kept part of my deposit because they had to change the carpet...the carpet that was already stained and dirty and reported on the move in checklist. I thought about fighting them but it isn't worth the hassle and time it would take to do it for a $100.

you are such liar, Hearthstone apts doesnt even have ceiling fans you idiot! Hearthstone is only over a year old and is a beautiful property. You were probably the filthy one! I enjoy living here :-)
