First off, our car got broken into 5 times in the one year we were living there after 4 cd players and an alarm system we decided to just stick a stock tape player and even that got stolen. The office staff didn't care, took the police report numbers but did nothing about the stuff we lost because of the break-in. They didn't even care when we told them that our apartment had been broken into and one of our computers stolen.

We were advised that we could repaint the apartment and that they'd give us the pait to redo it back to origonal color for free no problem. When the time came for us to move out they said it would be $35 a gallon. Talked to maintenance and they said the apartment was an old color and for us to just prime it because he had to repaint it anyways. So we did, and then got charged $50 for paint. Also got charged $7 for cleaning when we actually left the apartment way cleaner than it was when we moved in(kitchen floors sticky, goo on the counters). I didn't leave an address I was moving to because I didn't have one and the staff lady said "oh, that's ok we'll just call you". I was called, by a collection agency, that advised me that they had sent 3 letters to the address i left them and that I didn't respond. What address would this go to' I called them and they told me flat out it's not their responsibility to have to call me to advise me about an amount I owe.

6 months later I've been trying to get ahold of the regional manager for CNC Investments and she never returns my calls. I don't think her secratary is even taking my number down. So now I'm forced to pay not only the $57 on top of the close to $50 i spent on good kilz primer but a collection charge of an extra $50. If you are a student that has to pay for school like me you realize how much $100 can kill your wallet.

You'd think after 6 burglaries they'd give a crap or maybe say don't worry about the $60 we are sorry, but they don't. They don't even fess up to having no address and not making a simple call.

Oh yeah, most of the dryers don't dry the clothes and the broken ones are only marked until some jerk neighbor rips off the sign just to screw someone else over.
