I have lived here for a couple months but i have only had one problem and that was maitenance getting things done when they are supposed to. We have to wait for a convenient time for them for something to get done and even when they do come to get something fixed they look sloppy and not professional, but crime...what crime' I have never had a problem with neighbors or anything and my car has never been broken into. Truck either, we had an air compresser in the back of a truck with the tailgate down for two months and nobody ever touched it. I can admit that these apartments might need an update but for my budget and my needs they are doing pretty good.
There are some areas with the landscaping that needs to be fixed like giant holes! with pipes showing, no grass, just mud...
