I stayed there from 2001 to 2003. you get what you pay for. cheap rent = cheap maintenance = cheap/low life neighbors.. the apartments have wooden planks on the balcony floor; so, you can see EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing on the porches. the low life I unfortunately have to live above, drank/smoked and bar-b-que with everyone from Mexico EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. when I told managment about it, they said 'call 911" . I did, and those low lifes decided to just bring the grill out to the parking lot and stay there ALL NIGHT. (no one worked). the walls are thin and there were alot of break-ins by apartment staff. anyone who says this place is great, is on drugs.
