I have continual complaints about maintenance. First Heating coal broke, then thermostat didn't work, then I had mold on the outside unit, and then I had slime mold on the inside unit. That's just the A/C. I was pregnant when I first moved in here and I kept getting shocked by the stove the maintenance man told me it's just like putting a fork in the toaster it's no big deal and left. Well I kept getting shocked called the office and they got me a new stove. Well I kept getting shocked with the new stove so my husband moved the stupid thing and found out the the plug wasn't grounded. I have gotten broken into 2 times. First it was my apartment then it was my car. I live in the back and there are weird cars that park in the back just sitting there. When my sister was moving out of here she found out that this place had a high drug rate here last year, but that they were trying to clean it up. Well needless to say I think some of those people that were waiting in the back were waiting for that. We called the office, they had sent a letter stating that we should call them if we see something suspicious, they told me well what do you want me to do. I told them send someone over. After telling them a few times they finally said that they would send someone. Not to mention My neighbors have fights constantly and her boyfriend has even kicked in the door a couple of times, he still comes around, and they have yet to evict her when they told us they were going to at the end of the month. This was a while ago that they told us this.
