Do not ever expect maintenance to respond to an issue, unless you pester them daily. Even then, expect them to go through the full list of excuses before they take any action. One particular incident led to the removal of my bathroom door; eith months later, no replacement has ever been installed.
The neighborhood itself is in decline; I fully expect to walk out one morning to find my car gone, and am amazed to find my apartment still there when I get back.
The office staff are all right sorts (some of them do try), but overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.
