Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I actually thought I was in Mexico. It stunk, it was dirty and nobody speaks any damn english. Heck, 7 adults lived in the studio apt. next to mine. The only difference was the complex doesn't accept pesos. Atleast I dont think they do.
