The manager of these apartments (i don't know if it has changed) is very unprofessional, snotty, and is hardly ever there. She lies to tenants and is generally hard to deal with. She shut off my neighbor's electricity and would not take any rent money in an attempt to kick her out. I've heard her use bad language toward tenants and be mean and ugly. I've even heard her talk ugly and viciously about people who weren't even present to defend themselves. One day I was in the office trying to make a payment made and I saw her ignore several calls and laugh about it to the other office lady. The property is old with many problems with ACs, water, leaks, etc. The other employees seem ok, I didn't have much dealings with them. The main problem is management needs to be replaced.

Hmmmm...the manager never there? but she is the only one you have dealings with??sounds like shes the only one there. I cant imagine the management acting in such a manner but yet no complaints have been made against them. You just posted the review after the said allegations that you claim to have just witnessed and dont know if management still the same??? It sounds like you have a personal issue against the management, and are writing these false allegations is attempt to ruin someones reputation. If you are so unhappy with the management itself maybe you should play this angry song some where else and find a new apartment community to live in.

This is obviously the managers response or a friend or relative. I don't personally know management and/or office staff and I got the same impression. The manager was NEVER there the approx 10 times I called the complex. Read ALL reviews before making a decision to rent here. I read it was a nice place at one time, what happened?
