i wish i had seen this site before i rented an apt here. a lot of the same things happened to me as in the other peoples posts. i've had so many problems with my dishwasher, air conditioning (in tx we need it even in dec), parking space, etc. when i complained (or tried) either no one was there or they said they would take care of it and nothing was ever done. i thnk these apts could be nice, but it's definitely not worth the trouble.
