I moved here in October of 2008. I love it here. I have no complaints with management or maintenance. I have always received prompt and respectful attention. The utility bills are fantastic compared to CPS and SAWS. It has been over 100 degrees for quite a while, and my bill was only $165. A friend of mine that lives in San Antonio told me his utility bill was over $500. And, that's just gas and electic. I hope to stay here for quite a while.
