When I moved in I thought this would be a paradise. Turth is it's overpriced and oversold. The gates are broken more than they work. The walls and celings/floors are so thin that I can hear my neighbor's constant fighting, throwing items at each other and toddler running around. Lots of jackasses with loud motorcycles around too. If I dont have to hear my neighbors or deal with the office staff, its kind of nice. Definitley looking for another residence.
