Broken gates, poor mgmt, lame parties, the "pond" is disgusing, poorly lit parking area, over priced. other than that, the place is the best.

you are a retard. learn how to spell. the parties had to be lame if you were invited. its a pond, what is it supposed to be drinking water. quit collecting welfare and get a job so it won't be so over priced.
