I love my apartment. Its on the first floor, very quiet, very calm. I have always felt so safe here. When the computers were stolen, they were replaced and safety measures were put in place. The only thing that does get on my nerve is the gates are always broken. Very annoying. My apartment is beautiful and I couldnt ask for more. Very well constructed and utilities are kept very low. My upstair neighbors can be loud at times, I think they have small children or a pro basketball team, either way they shut up before 9 pm. The lake is beautiful with wild geese and ducks. I absolutely love the pool, its quite the social spot. It would be awesome if they bought some more chairs/lounges though. Trash pick up is wonderful and the mantainence people here are the best! Anytime I had any problems they fixed it that day. My apartment is very large and close to ample parking. The office people have always been wonderful and have never been rude. This is not the most social complex and is probably better for professional adults or mature college students looking for somewhere to relax. Very close to everything, walmart, HEB, target, and shopping. I am about to sign another year lease and Im excited!
