Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Apartment was very pretty. Nice upgrades. Parking was fine and safety was very good. The noise level was bad. I could ALWAYS here my neighbors TV and music. The cops were even called on a domestic dispute when someone near my apartment was drunk at 2am and screaming at his girlfriend (believe she even works for the apartment management.) But, that was not a regular occurence.
