I ve lived at Hidden Lake for 7 months now and have enjoyed making it my home. I like these apartments because they are hidden . The building are not cramped together and the grounds are spaced out with paved walking areas and trails. I enjoy taking my golden retriever on walks around the complex and to the lake. They have curbside garbage pickup which is convenient. I haven t had any issues with parking, but that may be because I live in the newer part of the complex. My water bill is very fair and cheap; I have friends in other apartments who pay 5-8 times what I pay.

I ve experienced the occasional noisy neighbors, but that s apartment life and is something I ve gotten used to. There was an issue with a barking dog every morning at 5:30 a.m. I don t like to complain but after informing the office the issue was taken care of promptly and I have not been woken by the sounds of an annoying dog since. The staff is polite and I have been happy with their response to questions and concerns.

My lease is ending soon and I will more than likely stay another year at Hidden Lake. I wanted to write this review because too often the only people that review are those who have bad experiences and I know there are far more people with positive experiences like me who simply don't share.

I really enjoyed your response. I came to them in search for an apartment I would say about three weeks ago. The management staff was extremley friendly, The grounds were kept up, and the apartments were spectacular. Yes your right about noisy neighbors, living in an apartment community that happens sometimes. And ya got to get used to it. I also liked the fact that my employer Citibank is a preferred employer of theres so I would get money off my rent each month which is nice. It is good to hear that the office staff is very cooperating when it comes to a resident complaint. Some of the communities I have lived in before were terrible. Also I have noticed that some of the reviews on these apartments are so wrong. Check out Fountainhead. They have all negative reviews about them but when I went to check them out and speak to residents not ONE issue of what people have said on this site is true. They were also very nice. I plan on moving into Hidden Lake or Fountainhead at the end of my current lease in September unless I move into a house I am trying to get.
