Thin walls, very incompetent management. When you move out you better hire a professional cleaning crew otherwise you will be billed a high dollar fee for the cleaning of slighty dusty base boards, top of ceiling fan blades and a cob web on the patio. I was charged $20.00 to remove a cob web (the size of my palm) from my balcony. The ceiling fan blades were dusty on the top of the blades and was charged $75.00 to have them cleaned by the apartment housekeeping crew. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this place.

They did this to us. Over 600 dollars, and they didn't even bother to contact us. Just sent it to a nasty CA and told me "too bad you should have paid". Hidden Lakes is over priced, poorly managed and they called our pet deposit, that's supposed to cover things like rug damaged "a pet fee". I remember each time I handed those people money, it was NEVER called a "pet fee"
