Do not live here

I have unfortunately lived here for the last 14 months and am counting down the days until my current lease ends. The apartment itself is fine, but the property is very poorly managed. Communication between tenant and management is negligible. When one makes what could be termed a reasonable request, it is either ignored or flat denied. A neighbor requested that he be allowed to post a flier about a lost pet and was summarily denied. The basis was due to the management (supposedly) not allowing any kind of solicitation (even though a week rarely goes by that I do not find a magnet from a moving company on my door or a menu for takeout slid under my door). How a search for a pet counts as solicitation is beyond me.

Who did you speak to, I have never heard that you cannot post a notice about a lost dog around the community. And from my experience being at the office, I have seen all kinds of residents come in and file work orders and they get taken care of immediatly. Speak to ---- or -------- and ask them. I do have to agree to the fact that some of the office workers are twits but not all of them. As I said try ---- or -------- the apartment manager and ask them.

I would have to disagree to you about talking to the arrogant ----. I put in a request on the weekend (because the high and mighty management do not work weekends)for the manager to contact me on the following business day, but I had to call them at the end of the week. They told me that they never recieved the message. THANKS ----.
