I have lived here for 2 years and I think this place is pretty good. The grounds are very well kept up. The lake looks nice when it is full of water (which is wholly dependant upon the rain situation). The gym is great and the pool is okay (but is very shallow, which I guess is the new way of building apartment pools now). Its expensive.
