Unlike the other posters (which I think are residents from Springs), I have lived here for over 2 years and have upgraded from a small one bedroom, to a two bedroom and recently to a three bedroom and have never had a problem what so ever in my time here at Hidden Lake. The staff has been more than accommodating in countless situations. Every single staff member goes above and beyond the proper customer service that is expected. For those of you who can't follow the rules, then you deserve being charged extra fees. Follow the rules and you won't get charged, plain and simple. Be responsible and you won't get fined.

The staff isn't the problem and neither is the property, it's irresponsible young idiots who pass on the blame to others and are looking for a hand out. GROW UP people! I bet the money your paying all those fees with are coming from Mommy and Daddys pocket anyway.

Prior to Hidden Lake, I lived in Montecito Apartments just on the other side of Hausman and I must say that Hidden Lake is much more upscale in quality than any other apartments in that location.
