The walls are paper thin. we just moved out because of the noise. The office people are snobs. It's a leasing office and you would think they work for a law firm. Just not friendly like the last review said. I think the person that wrote the last review works for hidden lakes. Do your self a favor and look else ware. We just moved out! We moved across the street much nicer apartments and staff is great feel right at home. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Ha! Bandera Springs is full of drunk college kids. If you like barf on your property and a bunch of drunks running around at night, move into Bandera Springs!

It so quiet here at Bandera Springs, i lived at Hidden Lake for 2 years and it sucked, partys all the time, trash out before trash day. cars broken into no lights around grounds so dark. I know you work for Hidden lake because no resident would care about Bandera Spring! LOL
