This property is clean, within a wooded area w/ a lake, and has great scenery. There is a humongous clean pool, great staff and its clean with plenty of parking. I've read some reviews whining about the fines, but these are usually the people who don't clean up after themselves. You know, they let their dog ---- all over the grass where people walk; they put their trash out the night before where racoons tear it up and cause a mess; they leave their apartment a freakin mess after they move out (they don't vacuum, shampoo their carpets or clean up). Compared to other ghetto complexes like all those on UTSA Blvd. and Kyle Seale Pkwy, this complex is great for mature tenants. College kids who want peace and quiet should look here, with none of those dumb weekend parties where there's kids pissing on your car tires or puking on your front walkway. Older tenants will like the fishing lake and the large pool, and the staff is great to deal with. You won't be fined if you are a responsible human being. If you don't want to be fined, and don't mind weekend parties by 19 year old, then I suggest you go live on Kyle Seale Pkwy or off UTSA Blvd. If you are respectful of your neighbors, and want a peaceful complex with professional staff, this is a good complex for that.

the realy property comes to life at night and you don't show them after dark! you also work for hilbily lake ! this property is the worst, Looks good but that about all i could say it has going for it self. So i would agree with you it looks good, but look are deceiving, and i think everyone know looks can be deceiving!

Hey Kelly, the only trash was probly you and ur boyfriend Craig. I've been living in San Antonio for 40 years, and this complex is easily one of the best. There's some nice ones also at 1604/281. Craig has never even lived here. You guys live where u want, but when u have some snot nosed punk pissing on your patio at 1 a.m. on a Saturday night, just remember DAX TOLD YOU SO! I wish I worked at Hidden Lake, Craig. Your girlfriend Kelly needs to go live off IH10 and smell the dog crap on the properties and hear the loud music all night long. That's where you belong anyways.

Iagree with Dax. Peopple only see what they want too. Definately Hidden Lake is not a place for those who like mess and disorderly behaved tenants, in order words a gettho.

That's why i am moving out this property looks good, but all the ants are awful they are every where coming out of the drains, and yes you own another complex up north that how i know you work for them. stop with all the lies. and tell people the truth. the crime at this complex is not good, i see it first hand. so please stop by at night and sneak in and look around and you will see what im talking about. you will be able to get in sure the gate will be broke.
