My wife and I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. The public areas (pool, workout room, business center, and rental office) are all kept clean and nice. Our apartment is nice and updated. We are on the top floor so I can not say anything about noise above me but I rarely hear anything from my neighbors. The complex has a real neighborhood feel to it (atleast the area of the complex we are in). I know or recognize everyone in my building and there is never noise that keeps us up at night.
The only negative is the price and the floorplans. There is a great one bedroom, which is what we are in right now, but it is getting crowded for us two. We wanted to stay in the complex but there were not any floorplans that suited our living style. The price is at the high end but the good thing is you are getting what you pay for.
I recommend this apartment complex.
