this apartment is the worst i have ever lived in. first of all, the installation is terrible. my electric bill is OVER $200 per month. i even tried turning off the a/c during the night and the bill actually went up more. the hot water is only good for about 3 min., after that expect to either get out of the shower, or take a cold one. management....not the greatest. i moved in here to help a friend for 3 months left on the lease. a pet deposit was already paid, and the management wanted another non-refundable pet deposit for my dog. i told them to kiss my @$$. notes were constantly left on my door to put myself on the lease, when the previous person wasnt yet off of it. and pets...people here DO NOT pick up after them. my front door knob fell off and wasnt put on for a week, and my dishwasher was never fixed. do yourself a favor and take you money elswhere.

This response is from the leasing office. First of all about the a/c if your turning it off and on of course your bill will go up. I thought everyone knew that! About the hot water and dishwasher if we don't know about it we can't fix it. The DOOR KNOB was fixed the same day it was called in (we have proof on that). As far as the dog you will get notices if you don't pick up after it or have it on a lease. (Texas Law) And if other people aren't picking up after their pet, you don't have to contribute to their lack of responsability as a pet owner. We love our residents here at Hidden Oaks and do our best to keep them happy.
