Great Rent, Stable Community, Great Neighbors From: skyblu Date posted: 7/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Moved in March 2006. Had not lived in an apartment since my college days (about 20 years) Was dreading moving into an apartment community, but have been pleasantly surprised! Been here about 5 months. Truthfully, this has been a very good experience. No issues with neighbors, no loud music, no issues with maintenance. Pretty stable community. We pay for our water..which runs about 20.00 a month. I have a 2 bedroom loft too. The lofts are well layed out. Bathrooms are large. Alot of closet space. For the amount of rent, this place is a steal! Management and the Head of Maintenance, definitely no issues, they are on the ball. Thumbs up!
