High Key Apartments

Not advisable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This apts is not safe to live, as many sex affenders and criminals still live there. I know there were couple of shooting incidents occured inside apt complex. Apt Manager is a racist. Not friendly. The management doesn't care on what's going on with Manager and tenants. They should have control over the management.
