Highland Hills Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived at the Highland Hills Apartments for about 2 1/2 years. I loved my neighbors but I hated the staff. The staff in my opinion is very unprofessional. Just walk in and look at the leasing agent. You'll see what I mean. They have the staff living in the same apartments and they keep an eye out on you. If you do something wrong whether small or big they will give you notice stating how you are violating the lease but they on the other hand can do whatever they want. I had small sparklers one year for my girls and I got that notice but then a few months later the same staff member who gave me the note had fireworks going on all night!!!! The plumbing is also very bad. If something happens and you need maintenance they won't show up until they are ready. I've even seen the accountant make an elderly cry because she couldnt afford the rent for a certain month, they kicked her out. pretty sad, huh'
