It was okay for the price

I got this apartment for $450.00 ($475 with washer and dryer) with some sourt of special and "income" basis guidelines. Thats super cheap. However my rent went went up to $520 (with washer and dryer) and thats a big jump on rent. Thats why I moved after my second lease. Can't even imagine paying regular rent!

The apartments are nice and quiet, yet pricy. However the price keeps a better quality of renters around. You get what you pay for. Theres a college and family enviroment in this community. Lots of pets! Everyone has pets here, so if you dont like that, dont go here. Most of the time these cute pets are walking lose with their owners.

Some of the people that use to work there, dont work there anymore. They were horrible, however it was because they were short staffed to an assitant manager and one lease person. Thats a lot of work for two people. Things got better when they brought back the old manager that use to be there. I never go to the office, and she remembers my name! I like that.

The apartments were well kept. Every month I get at least one notice to let me know that they're comming into the apartment to check something. Change the filter etc regular maintanace stuff.

Parking was bad for a while, however they added parking and that helped a lot. But yes I had to park on the other side of the property, but the property is extemely small, the walk is not bad at all where ever you park. Even when its late at night, I feel pretty safe there.

The property is always vewry clean. Even with all the pets, I harldy ever find anything dirty on the ground.

The pool area always clean.

One really bad thing...the exersise room. Its completely messed up. A lot of people use it and its not maintaned. Making it a very hazarous workout enviroment. I stopped going becaue I was completely dissapointed.
Also, the computer was messed up for long periods of time and always full. So dont count on using neither of those to often, specially in the afternoon.

Ohterwise I recommend this community, it was very nice, clean and quiet. Nice neigbhors. Great location...close to I-10 and shopping areas. A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. Best of all this is a small community which is rare to find in san antonio. The smaller the better!
