Even though the rent was staying the same when my lease was up, I still decided to move. The people in the office are alright. Only the blond lady is a real snob, and for no apparent reason. The parking is horrible. The reason for that is because of all the UTSA college parties that go on at night. 90% of them dont live there. I have the LOUDEST neighbors ever. I have called in 8 complaints in 11 monthes and only one was answered. SAPD had to come out and break up a 40+ people in a 3 bedroom party. 2 am no less. I used to rent a carport but all of the college punks would still park in my spot (had 2 towed). Fitness Center is a joke, almost all of the freeweights have been stolen and the cable-weighted equipment is frequently broken. I found a bigger and nicer apartment that included W&D and a garage for cheaper!!!
