Great place, but it's a Frat House

UTSA doesn't have any frat houses so all the little bastards come to The Highlands. During the summer is the best time to live there. No college kids. On my corner, 5-6 out of 12 apts are rented to college kids. The next side is about the same. Broken beer bottles, idiot kids running around at 4 in the morning playing music in there cars are the norm duing the school year. By 8-9pm the spots start filling up. I have parked in both the handicap spots and the spot for loading wheelchairs next to the handicap spot many times. What's worse is that it's all kids visting till midnight then they leave. So the spots are there, but the frat houses have visitors.
The insides are very nice, Never heard a peep out of the people next to us.
