We have to call the police all the time about loud parties and people yelling and screaming while they play in the pool till all hours of the night. Our carpet looks like barn animals lived on it and it was never replaced before we moved in. The appliances are cheap, the special decorator "tiles" are just cheap squares of linoleum and are coming unstuck. The roof leaks and has stained the ceiing. They never came in to touch up the paint in the apt. after we asked them to upon moving in. The security gates were broken and left wide open for over six months and people were parking here and taking the shuttle to UTSA so they wouldn't have to park at UTSA. I have talked to the new manager twice, he was super nice and claimed they were going to crack down on all the problems and they even repainted the whole place to show they were changing their image. Same old place in a bright new package. We have not had a good nights sleep since we moved in. I would only recommend this place to a bunch of frat brothers that didn't have to sleep at night and could get up at 11 or so in the morning.
