I would like to take the opportunity, as a resident for the past year, to offer my sincere recommendation of the Highlands Apartments. At first when I moved in November 2005, the old management seemed to say whatever it was to make me happy with no follow-up. However, since the change things have really turned around for the better. Parking is somewhat of a nuissance, but the current patrol man is prompt in towing vehicles that are illegally parked in my carport. Everyone in the office seems more than competent in dealing with any situation that I may have. Steven, the manager, personally assured me that he would take the necessary steps to make sure any late night parties, which occurred frequently in past were quelled immediately. My lease expires in October, however barring some unforseen event I plan on staying here, as long as my rent is cheap!

this person must be sleeping with the management or is the management and pretending to be a resident. Steven assured us he would take care of the midnight paties too. I guess the kids that lived below us were to cute becuase he never said a work to them.
