Better Than Other Places I Have Lived

I have read all the other reviews and have decided that the place has changed in the last year or so. I live on the third floor and love my apartment. I haven't had any problems with pests, mold, or any of the fixtures. The carpet was changed before I moved in but the tiles seem to stain very easily...so you have to be quick to clean up any spills or the white tiles change colors on a permanent basis.
As far as noise goes, it is pretty quiet Sundays through Wednesday nights and the parties start on Thursdays and don't wrap up until Sunday mornings - but I don't hear them inside my apartment and I sleep just fine. I do have a problem with the parking though - especially when they have the parties. Residents are given a parking sticker and visitors are supposed to park in designated spots but when I come home late from work I have to park at the other end of the property and walk to my building because of all the guest in the designated parking spots. I would really appreciate it if the management team would start enforcing their tow policy.
The property is always clean and they have maintenance crews that pick up the grounds on a daily basis. The office personnel are friendly but they have a couple of people that don't know what the heck is going on and you have to wait days for someone that does know what is going on to show up in the office to help you.
For the most part, this is a great place to live. It is honestly the best apartment complex that I have lived in here in San Antonio and I've lived in my share of them.
As long as things go the way they have been going or if they get better...I'll resign my lease next year.
