I have lived at the Highlands for over 3 years. The property is very well kept, the maintenence make sure to pick up trash every morning. I understand there will be someone who throws something every now and then. This can not be helped at any apartment community. The staff in the office is very helpful and always willing to answer any questions I may have. The noise is average, any apartment there will be some annoying neighbor, but the highlands courtesy officer is very quick to repsond and keep the noise to a minimum. I would definately recommend the highlands to anyone looking for a great place to live near 1604 and I10. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
