PRO: Apartments and landscaping look great. Convenient location. Rent rates are fair.

CON: Parking is a nightmare, I hated my neighbors, and I never felt safe. Cars were broken into on a regular basis. Noise was definitely a problem at night. Very unreliable management team. Gate was never functioning.
