Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at the highlands for a little over a year... yes it took the maintanence people forever to fix anything that was wrong with my place and the fees that i had to pay when i moved out for the carpet and the walls was almost the same amount as another months worth of rent.. but other than that the place was nice... spacious apartment, great balcony, near UTSA, parking was only bad at night, and as for the noise that wasnt too bad.. its kind of expected when you live that close to the campus but i did not mind it one bit... the management was never rude and always answered my questions when i had one
