Living in a community as this one would expect loud noise and parties because we are so close to UTSA but this complex takes things to the extreme. Parking is usually really bad at nite and half the time the gates do not work. Severely over priced and under maintance. We have complained about the tile in our kitchen rising from the floor for 3 months now and they still have not fixed it. Constant harassment from management for paying bills and lack of professional manners when talking to costumers. Lack of dependability, cleanliness, and professionalist has required us to move from this place ASAP. I highly reccomend going somewhere else if your a college student and a person living in this area!
