I think it depends if you have a family or not. It can be noisy at times but it doesn't bother me at all since I don't have small children. It's actually rather entertaining at times. The management staff has been deccent to me, I've never had any problems. I've lived there for 3 months and love it. It is rather pricey but people leave you alone for the most part. I wouldn't recommend it for familys because there are alot of college student that live there. The parking is horrible and that's never going to get fixed since it's a small community. The balconys are gorgous and the apartments themselves are real spacey. I'd stay another year.

If you don't like a noisy place, live in a large complex far away from a college campus.
