I didnt think the apartments were that bad at all. In fact I like them a lot. Parking is only bad on one side of the complex, never had a problem with security. I go to utsa and so do a majority of the people that live on th highlands so there are frequent parties ( which is pretty cool ) on the weekends. There is also a shuttle that drops you off on campus so there is no need to commute. Also the office ladies cook cookies everday so you can eat them while you wait for the shuttle....they also keep sodas on hand too. These are hands down great apartments.
