if you are in college and like parties, good choice

In general I liked living here. Almost every weekend there is a party going on due to the percentage of college students living here. I threw my own parties and never got any complaints. Parking can get diffucult on weekends and at night. Only problems I ever had with management was when my A/C broke and they told me they could only fix it once the weather outside became hotter. So I was without A/C for about 3 months and it was the 3rd time it broke. So basically if you don't like noise and yelling drunk people it's not a good choice. Other than that, I enjoyed living here and neighbors are friendly and always inviting you in to party.
