This apartment complex rocks! The previous manager left a lot to be desired, but since she has been replaced the new staff is awesome! They have all been here for over 2 years, and truly care about the residents. How many places can you say call to make sure your requests were taken care of. They also remember resident birthdays with balloons and sweet letters. I have even received an "appreciation" letter thanking me for my residency. One word....WOW. Talk about great customer service.

Maintenance is also very helpful. Usually respond within 1 day if not the next. The location is good also. Close to shopping, and Movies. I have thought of moving only for a better price. But, as they say "you get what you pay for". And to me the level of service speaks volumes.

The manager is always available when you need her. This has been a great experience. I plan to stay until I get a house.
