Primarily, we choose this place because of the Home Buyers Clause. Also it?s near shopping centers, movie theaters, and food eateries. We are in between houses. We sold our old house and just found another one that we are purchasing. The office staff are nice. The coumpound is pretty quiet at night. Although the parking spots are build for compact cars, I usually park away from anybody and just have a breast walk to my apartment. We can?t hardly hear the next door neighbours at night.
