When becoming a resident the staff is very nice, but don't let it fool you. When something criminal, or damage occurs on property they will send you on the run around. After you move make sure all refundable money is paid and that you come back and rate your experience. The gardners will wake you up about 3 times early in the mourning (even weekands). There are areas around the complex as well as the entrance/exit gates that unautherized individuals can acess entry. It's nice at first, but I wouldn't look back.
